Considering how irritated I was when I read the writ, the incoherent feral inquiry desires and especially the pretty shocking political argument in the end, this is a very good decision. It corrects judge Nelson’s decisions only to in minor ways. She too made Benjamin Crump’s a witness for the very limited context concerning the telephone interview with DeeDee only. But desires grew endlessly out of the defense’s deep void at the center.
Let them have it precisely as the Appellate Court decided:
It’s definitively blow to much of the hot air in the meandering argument and especially the political argument in the end. Good job.
Take Blackwell along Benjamin and give them the birdie.
A much more solid assessment of what this means legally speaking than my unimportant opinion.
Leander thank you for explaining this so succinctly. too many were jumping up and down like a bunch of stupid orangutans calling this a huge victory for the defense’s idiotic conspiracy theories!
It was great that Sybrina Fulton will use Trayvon’s name to expand his legacy, maybe with her own line of handgun-accessories like hollow-point-thug-bullets or perhaps some marijuana items like a Trayvon-brand-pot or maybe some bongs and roach clips or maybe some burglary tools like crow bars and glass cutters or maybe have a t-shirt with a gun-target on it with a picture of Trayvon inside the bullseye.
